On June 14, BAA (China) Training Center, the first air-based transportation training institution in Henan Province, was launched to provide trained pilots for central China. The center was established and is jointly managed by Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd. and Avia Solutions Group. It is based on sophisticated talent training mechanism and training systems, focusing on strengthening exchanges with countries and regions along the Zhengzhou-Luxembourg “Aerial Silk Road”.
6月14日,我省首家运输航空飞行训练机构——BAA(中国)航空培训中心启动。为打造辐射中部地区的机长培训“摇篮”,借鉴国际上成熟的人才培养机制及培训体系,加强与郑卢“空中丝路”沿线国家和地区的教育交流,由河南民航发展投资有限公司与立陶宛阿维亚解决方案集团合作打造了BAA(中国)航空培训中心。
The BAA (China) Training Center is located in the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, with an area of about 75 acres, covering the training of pilots, flight attendants, and air traffic controllers and dispatchers, etc. The project started construction in October 2019, and took slightly more than six months to complete the construction and fixtures and fittings as well as the introduction, installation and commissioning of simulators.
BAA(中国)航空培训中心位于郑州航空港经济综合实验区,项目占地约75亩,涵盖飞行员培训、乘务员培训、空管签派人员培训等多个专业。该项目2019年10月开工建设,仅用半年多时间,就完成了飞行训练中心楼宇建设、装修和模拟机引进、安装调试等工作。
A huge machine about 9 m high and 8 m long and wide comes into view when entering the simulator hall of the Center. It is the first level D full-flight simulator that has passed the CCAR-60 certification of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). It is reported that the simulator is designed according to the cockpit of the Boeing B737NG series of aircraft to a 1:1 ratio, with all the instruments exactly the same as in a real aircraft. One hour of flight training by the simulator is equivalent to one hour of real flight training. It can complete all flight training modules prescribed by CAAC. In addition, the simulator is very safe and its training cost is only 10% of real flight training.
走进BAA(中国)航空培训中心模拟机大厅,一台高约9米、长宽各约8米的庞然大物映入眼帘,这就是河南首台通过民航局CCAR-60部认证的D级全任务模拟机。据悉,该模拟机实现1∶1比例还原波音B737NG系列飞机驾驶舱,所有的仪表、仪器和真实飞机完全一致,1小时飞行训练相当于真机飞行1小时,可完成民航局规定的所有飞行培训内容。同时,该模拟机安全性高,培训费用仅有真机培训费用的10%。
Pilots are required to undergo 24 hours of simulated flight training at least twice a year according to the CAAC. Simulator training is not restricted by airspace or airtime, which provides greater opportunity and time for training pilots. Deng Luhua, the head of the training center, said that this simulator could meet the training needs of flight crew for about 25 aircrafts every year. It will mainly used for pilot training of local base aviation companies such as China Southern Airlines Henan branch and China Central Longhao Airlines.
根据中国民航局要求,飞行员每年要进行至少2次共24个小时的模拟机飞行训练。驾驶模拟机训练不受空域和时间限制,为训练飞行员争取宝贵的训练时间。培训中心业务负责人邓鲁华说,这台模拟机每年可满足约25架飞机机组人员的培训需求,前期主要用于南航河南航空、中原龙浩航空等本地基地客货运公司的飞行员培训。
With the rapid development of China's aviation industry in recent years, pilots will be in short supply. According to the predictions of aviation experts, China’s demand for pilots will exceed 15,000 in the next 10 years. The training center plans to introduce 7 level D full-flight simulators in the next 3 years to achieve an annual training capacity of 2,000 people, which will basically meet the training needs of base aviation companies in central China.
近年来,中国航空业迅猛发展,航空飞行人员紧缺,航空专家预计未来10年我国对飞行员的需求量将超过15000人。该培训中心计划3年内再引进D级全任务飞行模拟机7台,年培训能力达到2000人,可初步满足中部地区基地航空公司的培训需求。
On the same day, CAAC issued the CCAR-60 certification for the first flight simulator of the BAA (China) Training Center. The training center has signed cooperation agreements with Zhuhai Xiangyi Aviation Technology Company LTD and Anyang Institute of Technology respectively, to carry out further cooperation based on their respective fields, equipment and skill sets.
当天,中国民航局为BAA(中国)航空培训中心的首台飞行模拟机颁发了CCAR-60部合格证。该培训中心分别与珠海翔翼航空技术有限公司、安阳工学院签署了合作协议,围绕各自优势展开深度合作。
