2024年11月13日，在第15届中国航展第二天专业日上，中国飞龙通用航空有限公司（以下简称“中国飞龙”）与广东优翼航空技术有限公司（以下简称“优翼仿真”）共同签署空中国王C90 D级全任务飞行模拟机意向采购协议。这一合作标志着双方将在控股股东河南航投平台基础上，强强联合，共同推动国内飞行培训行业的高质量发展。

On November 13, 2024, during the second professional day of the 15th China Airshow, China Flying Dragon General Aviation Co., Ltd. ("China Flying Dragon") and Guangdong U-Wing Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. ("U-Wing Simulation") signed an intent to purchase agreement for a King Air C90 Level D full flight simulator. This partnership establishes a robust alliance under the Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Group ("HNCA"), the controlling shareholder, as both parties collaborate to promote high-quality development within China's flight training industry.

China Flying Dragon General Aviation Co., Ltd., founded in 1980, was the first regional general aviation company approved by the CAAC. With comprehensive general aviation operational qualifications, the company has successively obtained CCAR Part 91, Part 135, Part 141, Part 145, Part 147, Part 136, and Part 92 operational certifications. Currently, China Flying Dragon manages and operates a total of 88 aircraft across 19 models, with two branches and four subsidiaries.
The company’s primary business sectors include general aviation operations, air and ground crew training, and aircraft maintenance. Flight training is one of the company's core areas, making it one of the few training institutions in China qualified to train both fixed-wing and helicopter pilots. In January 2024, HNCA completed a capital injection to become the controlling shareholder of China Flying Dragon.

Founded in 2016, U-Wing Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (U-Wing Simulation) supplies  aviation simulation solutions for global customers, including R&D and manufacturing of aviation training simulation devices, customised development of "Iron Bird" and engineering simulators. It is the first Chinese company to export self-developed flight training devices overseas and establish a global sales and service system.

Headquartered in Zhuhai, U-Wing Simulation has set up the manufacturing center in Zhengzhou and the global sales center in Beijing, while overseas sales and service branches in Singapore, Paris and Toronto, constructing a sales and service network for the whole world.

U-Wing Simulation has the capability to independently develop and produce all of general aviation aircrafts FTDs, and the devices meet the requirements of CCAR-60 level 5, the FAA FTD level 5 or EASA FNPT II certification, achieving the first-class level in the world. In December 2021, HNCA gained a controlling interest in U-Wing through a capital injection.
