FF A320u更新到1.3 优化帧率

1.3.0 具有我们在 1.2.9 中测试的所有 FPS 优化，这意味着帧数比以前的版本好 20%-50%。
在1.3.0中：MacOS上的新EFB有一个小问题 - 当您第一次加载飞机时，EFB可以在10-30秒后出现，或者在重新加载后出现。在第二次加载时，它会立即出现。

Hi Guys, I am delighted to tell you that 1.3 release is out and waiting for you to download. This release marks a very important milestone for us. In 1.3.0 we have fulfilled the original plan we had for this model, all functionality and optimization are there!

This in no way means that we will stop working on the model! Hot fixes will come and a new roadmap, incorporating things done in a320u for our professional customers as well as some surprises are to come soon.

1.3.0 has all the FPS optimization that we tested in 1.2.9 which means 20%-50% better frames than previous versions.  

In 1.3.0: new EFB on MacOS has small issue - when you load aircraft first time, EFB can appear after 10-30 sec, or after reload. On second load it appears immediately.
Another things you should know:
- MacOS version requirements raised up to 10.14. Its a technical limitation caused by solution we use.
- BROWSER tab was removed, as its hard enough to support.

NOTE: this version has a new CEF plugin which will make obsolete versions unusable.
