2.3 Airspeed Limitations 空速限制

Provide airspeed limitations and the operational significanceof such limitations. The name, symbol, value in knots, CAS, and IAS (assumingzero instrument error), and the significance of each airspeed, shall also beprovided. Where the airspeed values may be applicable to more than one configuration,the more conservative IAS value shall be used.

提供空速限制和这种限制的操作意义。还应提供名称、符号、节值、CAS和IAS(假设仪表误差为零)以及每个空速的意义。如空速值可能适用多个构型，则应使用更保守的IAS值。

Maneuvering Speed VA (Knots) 机动速度			(Specify weight) 指定重量 Do not make full or abrupt control movements above this  speed. 在这个速度之上，不要做出完全或突然的控制动作。
Maximum Flap Extended Speed  VFE (Knots) 最大襟翼放出速度			(Specify flap setting) 特定襟翼设置 Do not exceed this speed with a given flap setting. 在给定的襟翼设置下，不要超过这个速度。
Maximum Landing Gear Operating Speed VLO (Knots) 最大起落架操作速度			Do not extend or retract landing gear above this speed 不要在这个速度之上，放出或收回起落架。
Maximum Landing Gear Extended Speed VLE (Knots) 最大起落架放出速度			Do not exceed this speed with landing gear extended 在起落架放出状态下，不要超过这个速度。
Air Minimum Control Speed VMCA 空中最小控制速度			This is the minimum flight speed at which the airplane  is directionally and laterally controllable, determined in accordance with  the Federal Aviation Regulations 依据FAR确定，保持飞机纵向和横向可控的最小飞行速度。
**Maximum Operating Speed Limit   VMO (Knots) MMO (Mach #) 最大运行速度限制			Do not exceed this airspeed or Mach Number in any  operation. 在任何操作中，都不得超过该空速或马赫数。
*Never Exceed Speed Vne (Knots)/Mne (Mach #) 不可超越速度			Do not exceed this speed or Mach Number in any  operation. 在任何操作中，都不能超越该速度或马赫数。
*Maximum Structural Cruising Speed Vno(Knots)/MNO (Mach  #) 最大结构巡航速度			Do not exceed this speed or  Mach Number except in smooth air and then only with caution. 不要超越该速度或马赫数，除非在平稳气流中，只有警告。
