x-plane.org上搜到了:Xpl3d is the plugin responsible for part of the scroll wheel functionality, among other things. In order to enable scroll wheel functionality, a region needs to be "stretched" across the X-Plane window to intercept mouse/scroll events.
What's happening is that there have been a few customers who are in the habit of loading their planes while the X-plane window is at its smallest size. If the plane is loaded with a small X-Plane window, and then, after loading the plane, the X-Plane window is maximized, the pixels that weren't there when the plane was loaded, are incapable of intercepting mouse/scroll events, and the knobs that fall into these "dark zones" are unusable.
Finding a way to reload the intercept window automatically has been more complicated than anticipated, so we decided to issue a warning and instructions for the user to restart the SASL plugin, in case a window resize was sensed after aircraft load.
Unfortunately, the window size datarefs also seem to change when the user opens X-Plane menu windows, triggering this warning message unnecessarily. It is something we're aware of, and will be looking into with Laminar, to see how we can sensibly address this.
Right now, though, I'm on my way to Oshkosh, so I won't have time to address this until next week, probably. |
