Flight Guidance:
- Retuned autopilot pitch control
- Fixed ALT* altitude overshoots
- Keep speed bug on V2 during SRS single engine flight
- Improvements in alternate law low/high speed stability protection

Hardware:
- Added support for MCDU brightness buttons for Poldragonet MCDU

CDU:
- Fix crash in MCDU navaids page
- Plan mode can now center on pseudowaypoints

Misc:
- Fixed bgl scanner to extract airports without runways
- Added ability to add axes configuration and nullzones to hardware that uses the SDK to interface through the new [SDK] driver
- Added Cockpit Setup option for GND TEMP in INIT page
- Fixes for minimums and 200 above callouts cutting off
- Audio: switch from DirectSound to Core Audio (fixes issues with certain wav files)
