actually it is not the lower the descend rate the better, Boeing FCOM actually recommended a "firm" landing because otherwise the spoiler will not automatically deploy.

First of all, no pilots follow this shit from boeing, cos it defitely costs much more on maintenance. The sensity of spoilers is not as bad as we think. Secondly, combination with lower G-fore, smooth landings can satisfy passengers and good to company reputation. Thirdly, firm landing is preferable to a soft touchdown only on condition that the runway is short, wet or snow-covered, or if it’s very windy, according to Patrick Smith, a US pilot and author of Cockpit Confidential. A soft touch down is not always the criterion for a safe landing, but a butter landing brings much benefit in most circumstances.  Last but not least, u do not have to agree with me, but i always aiming to a soft touch down, cos it is a flight sim  and those low landing rates satisfy me a lot.

我没加入什么飞院，也基本没有飞国内的，我只是自己连Vatsim和朋友一起飞，主要在欧洲飞，偶尔香港到亚洲一些国家

哈哈，要是那样，就没什么好说的。你听过，red  on red u will be dead, white on white u r too high, red on white u will be fine???基本PAPA灯没有人会不懂吧。  737最少1白三红是安全的，747却是要1红三白，不能2 红2 白（因为机头高，角度不一样，真实飞行员就是这样的）。777基本就2红2 白就可以了

谢谢你的建议。我没要求那么多，只要中心线，过载1左右，剩余跑道安全，FPM110以上200以下，就好。这个自己也可以判断（自己下载一个SIMACARS，基本要的数据都有）。所以不打算加入组织，喜欢一个人飞自由飞

我的意思是，以你的这个接地率看，应该是基本是平飞接地，基本没有下降率了，所有你入场时应该是很低才对，我不知道你是用什么机型来飞哈，但是777，PAPI是2白2红，不会有这么轻的接地率，有的话，估计是有点飘，纯属个人看法，勿喷

嗯嗯，会这样想正常，没关系。是737，稍稍飘了一点，不过符合我个人完美降落了（个人追求轻着陆，哈哈，有的人说在轻不好，我知道，但这个是游戏嘛，追求自己喜欢的），因为脱离跑道时，还有很长的安全长度

我昨天用777，降落ROAH（那霸机场），接地率是：-45，结果过载居然是1.45....这么说接地率并不能反映出过载的问题...

不能，两个 概念不一样。接地率是touch down时你的VS，过载是垂直向上加速度（如果你是速度很大，而且从800以上一下子就想拉平，过载一般很大，最后进场100时，最好在600，50FT开始慢慢拉平。这样我的过载一般都在1。2以下。但是还要看跑道情况。）如果 跑道进场前是有很大的陡坡，比如有山，有很高的建筑，不得不以很大的垂直速度进场，那么这样大的过载是没有办法避免的

landing rate monitor,SIMACARS, projecyfly， flylive都 可以看接地率

最后就是为了完美时，条件好下，不要bank就是接地时不要有倾斜角，比如向左向右。通常是因为大幅度左右调整时产生的。倾斜角大，也会产生横向过载）。接地那一下，一切都要在飞机的轮子，机翼承受范围内。正规的降落时接地率也是会随跑道条件而变化的。737，747，777在软跑道(包括湿，有雪)上降落一般是只能至少要200以上的firm landing，但也不是超过350以上的hard landing. 完整的降落，不是在接地那一下就结束，包括完全控制速度了（这时跑道还有剩余安全的长度，所以现实中拉飘好多的话，是要复飞的）
