因为Hifi前几天才通知PMDG，天气引擎的API更改

而且很多针对P3DV5的更改，但没有实现，现阶段只是兼容性更新

这个版本5看来没有考虑好和以前其他插件机或者插件地景的兼容问题，我们不明白为什么一定要重新出一个版本5，继续版本4有什么不能用的问题，现在插件兼容和安装成了一个很大的问题

因為遊戲引擎升級了，API接口和之前也有更改，所以必須是插件商要改接口
