- Fixed CTE reversal in right turns

- Lower ECAM will now always switch to ENG page when mode selector is set to IGN/START on the ground
- Added PFD CHECK ALT flag
- Improved VNAV decel indications in ND

- Fix SDK access for older SDK versions
- Fix configuration setting of FS time to use FS UTC time
- Updated ECAM baro ref check
- Updated terrain data download URL
- Fixed crash in FMS when no complete flightplan was filled in
