波音这次的问题不在于鼓掌或者设计缺陷本身，而在于其公司对于问题的态度。
有充分的证据表明，波音知道且完全了解相关机型的风险，但却为了商业利益放任问题存在，降机组和旅客置于危险境地，几乎毫无作为，与其在公开信中声称的“Safety is at the core of who we are at Boeing”显然是相悖的。
