1. runwayexcursion causes gear collapse on landing
On June 21, 2022, Red Air 203 landedon Miami's runway 09 maintaining routine communication but suffered thecollapse of its landing gear. Tower pressed the crash button and instructed thenext approaches to go around. The MD-82 came to a stand still off the runwaywith a fire developing at the right hand wing, where a fuel spill occurred. Theaircraft was evacuated via slides. Three people received minor injuries andwere taken to the hospital. Emergency services quickly extinguished the fire.

On April 25, 2024, Southwest 4195 wasenroute at FL410 when the crew initiated a drift down to FL330 reportingproblems with the left hand engine (CFM56). The crew subsequently decided todivert to Dallas. While descending through 5000 feet the crew reportedthey were losing the #1 engine, actually they were just shutting it down. Theaircraft continued for a safe landing.

On April 21, 2024, Delta 49 wason final approach to JFK's runway 22L when the crew went around from about 200feet MSL reporting a nose gear steering fault. The crew worked the relatedchecklists, requested the longest runway available and landed safely on runway31L.

4. hydraulic problem
On April 21, 2024, Condor 1412 wasenroute at FL340 when the crew decided to turn around and divert toFrankfurt reporting a hydraulic problem. The aircraft landed safely onFrankfurt's runway 07C. The airline reported there had been a problemwith one of the valves, hence the crew decided to divert to Frankfurt whereanother aircraft was waiting.

The aircraft landed safely on Baku'srunway 16 stopped on the runway for an inspection by emergency servicesand subsequently taxied to a remote stand where the passengers disembarked viastairs.
